Castrum Castelfranco Castelfranco Castelfranco di Sotto Sotto Sotto is a country with a typical medieval castle set in the middle of the thirteenth century (1255). The four gates of the castle, square and built entirely in brick, were facing the ancient nuclei toward the four cardinal points. In this way, the castle has suffered more than the conflict and the struggles that have always raged in Valdarno, on the border between Florence, Lucca and Pisa. Ages, when the country was already a free commune, the wall was built with sixteen towers.
